Corey Carr is kind, well educated, intelligent, and able to professionally address my concerns efficiently. He made my search for timely future solutions and treatment plan easier-now I don’t need to seek out those solutions all by myself. I liked the office procedure for having an assistant, Carmen, interview me while waiting in the consult room, as well as following up afterwards with me to summarize the next steps of treatment. She was clear and helpful. I also liked the cheerful efficiency of the office personnel and enjoyed being able to easily create my profile on a tablet instead of on a paper packet. I recommend Valley ENT.

place I’ve ever gone to. I have a lot of childhood trauma with my ears. The staff, especially the provider Mike, never made me feel anything but accepted and gave me time to collect myself. I just might make some progress and am much less afraid to go to the ENT now because of them.
I’d heard horror stories of people waiting for hours in the lobbies at other ENT’s in the valley. Decided to travel to Visalia at Valley ENT. I was shocked when there were only two other people in the lobby who when I walked in. By the time I finished the paperwork both those patients had been seen. I was called back about 2 minutes after finishing my paperwork. The entire staff was super friendly, and the place was immaculate. I’d been dealing with an ear issue for over 3 months and within a total time of about 30 minutes I was walking back to my car with my problem solved.
All Staff is caring and professional, especially Provider, Michael Hultin, NP. He is patient and kind, explaining procedures and answering any questions. After following his treatment plan for my allergy issues, it is a night and day difference in how I feel…Awesome!
My appointment was at 11:00, I was driving away at 11:17. I literally sat in my truck for a few minutes speechless after hearing about how horrible other experiences had been at ENT’s in Fresno. If I could give 10 stars I would, absolutely incredible!!!!
Dr. Roos is exceptionally knowledgeable and great at what he does. His bed side care is undefeated. He showed so much compassion, and care. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed, in fact I felt reassured time after time. He took care of our son as one of his own. I recommend Dr. Roos and Valley ENT to any parent/ person 1000%.
We’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years for my son that suffered from chronic ear infections. Getting ear tubes and having his adenoids removed completely changed my child and our family dynamic. He’s patient with my wild toddler and very good at answering the questions of frazzled parents. 10/10 would recommend!
Dr. Roos has a great attitude about what he does and helps you to understand your problem. I had an old injury to my nose and had frequent sinus infections. Not only was my surgery handled quickly, but I did what he said to do and it it healed very quickly. What a great Dr.
